Hospira Inc. (HSP) Has Broken Out To A New High After WSJ Report

The Wall Street Journal reported Monday morning that Hospira Inc. (HSP) is preparing a bid to acquire Danone's medical nutrition business for around $5 billion.

Hospira gapped open higher Monday and is now up 1.81 at $53.53 in early trade. The stock has broken out of nearly a 2-month trading range this morning and has set a new high for the year.
