Atlantic Tele-Network Buys Green Lake Capital for $64 Million

Atlantic Tele-Network, a telecommunications provider, bought developer Green Lake Capital LLC for $64 million to enter the market for rooftop solar power plants.
ATN also is assuming $39 million of Green Lake’s debt, the Beverly, Massachusetts-based company said today in a statement. The company gets Green Lake’s 46 megawatts of solar power capacity that have long-term contracts to sell the output to the schools and businesses where it has installed panels and charges for the output, it said.
