Nagpur:
In yet another cyber crime, a bogus ICICI Bank employee trapped and robbed a Credit Card holder to the tune of Rs 15,990. Though the crime occurred on July 9, 2014, the victim came to know his robbing on October 29 only and subsequently lodged a police complaint in this connection.

According to police, the victim, Anand Daulatrao Sakhre (49), resident of Plot No. 1166, near Dr Thakur’s House, Buddha Nagar, Nagpur received a call from phone number 7531864574 and the caller identified himself as Hatish Agrawal, an “ICICI Bank employee.” The bogus employee trapped Anand by promising to hike Credit Card limit and slyly retrieved PIN Code number from him. However, instead of hiking credit limit, the bogus employee Hatish Agrawal went on online shopping using details of Anand’s Credit Card and robbed him to the tune of Rs 15,990. When Anand Sakhre came to know of his cheating, he lodged a complaint with Pachpaoli Police Station against the so-called ICICI Bank employee Hatish Agrawal.

Pachpaoli PSI Rathod has booked Hatish Agrawal under Sections 420, 406 of the IPC and searching for him.
