Best burger? Survey says it's in the Triad
Hops Burger Bar tops TripAdvisor list
The best burger in the nation resides in the Triad, according to a survey.
The survey released this week by TripAdvisor was based on reviews and opinions shared on its popular website and app. Hops Burger Bar in Greensboro took the No. 1 spot.
"Best burgers in Greensboro and beyond! If you like a thick and juicy burger, then this is the place for you," said a TripAdvisor reviewer.
Visitors to Hops Burger Bar can choose a variety of sandwiches including the Hawaiian, topped with sweet and spicy chili sauce, blue cheese and grilled pineapple.
TripAdvisor said the top 5 burger joints were:
1. Hops Burger Bar – Greensboro, NC
2. Black Hills Burger and Bun Co. – Custer, SD
3. Nic’s Grill – Oklahoma City, OK
4. Billy Bob Dairyland – Branson, MS
5. Stock and Barrel – Knoxville, TN
