ASML Holding NV (NASDAQ: ASML) shares gained 0.9% to $104.75 after the company reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter earnings. ASML also proposed a dividend of EUR 0.70 per ordinary share for 2014, a 15% rise from 2013. The company also announced a new EUR one-billion-share buyback program.
