Boardwalk Pipeline Partners (BWP) reported fourth quarter net income per unit of $0.08 Monday morning, down from 0.38 a year ago. The consensus estimate was for EPS of $0.31.

Boardwalk Pipeline Partners gapped open sharply lower Monday and declined throughout the afternoon. Shares finished with a loss of 11.08 at $13.01 on the highest volume of the year. The stock plummeted to a new low for the year.
