Bobbi Kristina Brown Sued: Car Crash Victim Files As Bobby Grieves & Nick Gordon Sued For Abuse, Theft [Photos]

Bobbi Kristina Brown is being sued by a car crash victim. The 22-year-old daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown was in that crash just days before being found unconscious in the home she shared with Nick Gordon. And now, as Bobbi Kristina spends the final days of her life in hospice, the car crash victim wants to be repaid for his own medical expenses, reported CBS News.

The car crash victim, 41-year-old Russell Eckerman, wants more than $730,000 in damages. In his description of what happened, Russell claims that Bobbi Kristina was following too closely and driving over the speed limit. Unable to control her car, she then hit his Ford Taurus.

Facial, spinal, and skull fractures resulted for Eckerman, according to his filing. Russell also says that he had multiple procedures and even spent time in a medically induced coma because of that car crash.

Eckerman filed the lawsuit against Bobbi Kristina via three individuals: co-guardians Bobby Brown and Pat Houston and conservator/attorney, Bedelia Hargrove. In addition, the car crash victim is suing Ford Motor Company because he alleges that his airbag and seatbelt did not function properly.

While Eckerman awaits the results of his lawsuit against Bobbi Kristina for the car crash, Brown’s attorney Hargrove is waiting to see the results of a $10 million civil lawsuit that she filed against Nick Gordon.

That lawsuit charges Nick with domestic abuse directly linked to her condition and also alleges he embezzled from her bank account before and during her coma. Gordon’s lawyers that he has assembled are led by Jose Baez, who won his case for Casey Anthony when she was accused of murdering her daughter, Caylee.

As the Inquisitr reported, the lawsuit against Gordon also shows the timeline of what happened before Bobbi Kristina was rushed to the hospital on January 31.

“Just prior to Jan. 31, Brown had confided to someone that Defendant was not the man she thought he was and set up a time on Jan. 31 to meet with this person to further discuss this revelation. Brown, however, never made it to the meeting. Instead, on the morning of Jan. 31, Brown became embroiled in a loud argument with Defendant at her townhome. The loud argument ended and Brown was later found unresponsive and unconscious, face down in a bathtub, with her mouth swollen and another tooth knocked out.”

Moreover, Bobbi Kristina spent the past year abused and isolated, reported Extra.

One of the 22-year-old’s best friends, Alex Reid, revealed that Bobbi Kristina often hid inside Whitney’s closet.

“She was sobbing. Nick had hit her and she was scared,” recalled Alex of a telephone conversation with her friend prior to January 31. “She was very upset. She didn’t know what to do. It was as if, she didn’t have anyone else to turn to. It was heartbreaking.”

Now, as Bobbi Kristina spends her final days at hospice, she is surrounded by family such as Bobby Brown. Initially resistant to the concept of taking his daughter off life support, Bobby made peace with it after flying his daughter to see specialists in Chicago, reported Fox News.

Tyler Perry and Oprah had recommended those doctors.

“They too confirmed what Atlanta doctors had been saying that there was no hope,” said a source. “That’s when she was taken off all meds and any artificial means of support.”

Meanwhile, security has been increased around the hospice facility because when Bobbi Kristina dies, the family wants to avoid a rush of photographers attempting to take pictures as she is taken from the building, explained an insider.

“She barely has any signs of life, hardly any vitals. Security has been beefed up and even local law enforcement have been called because the families have been told that death is now imminent and they want to make sure that photographers don’t get pictures of her body being removed.”
