International executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles has appointed François Kouroriez partner in the firm's Boston office.

Kouroriez has experience across all segments of the insurance industry and has worked closely with companies to enhance their digital global talent strategy and expertise in e-commerce, digital marketing, big data and analytics.

According to a statement by the company Kouroriez worked for executive search firm Genworth Financial in its global financial services and insurance recruiting practice before joining Heidrick & Struggles, following a 20-year career with General Electric.
