Four people were hurt Sunday morning — one of them critically — in an Ogden crash.

A Chevrolet Cruz was traveling eastbound on 27th Street when it allegedly ran a stop sign at Harrison Boulevard and collided with a northbound Ford Explorer in the intersection, according to Ogden police. The crash occurred about 2:30 a.m.

The Explorer rolled and came to rest several feet from the intersection. The Cruz continued north and hit a parked, unoccupied vehicle, according to police.

The 22-year-old woman who was driving the Explorer was taken to the hospital in critical condition. Her passenger, a 19-year-old woman, was taken to the hospital in serious but stable condition.

The 17-year-old boy who was driving the Cruz was also taken to the hospital in serious but stable condition. His passenger, an 18-year-old woman, also suffered serious injuries.

"The investigation is continuing but investigators believe that alcohol is a factor," according to a police news release.
