Arrow Central Europe Holding Munich GmbH, a subsidiary of the US
corporation Arrow Electronics, Inc., is now the majority shareholder of
Data Modul AG, having thus far acquired 53.66% of Company shares as part of
a public tender offer. In connection with this event, Mr. Amir Mobayen,
Vice President & General Manager of Arrow OCS EMEA, has been appointed to
the Data Modul AG Supervisory Board.
At today's Supervisory Board meeting Mr. Walter King, Chief Operating
Officer of Data Modul AG, elected to resign, departing the Company as of
June 30, 2015. His resignation was voluntary. Mr. King, who was appointed
to the Executive Board in 2001, was director of Technology, Product
Marketing and Sales at Data Modul AG. The Supervisory Board would like to
expressly thank Mr. King for his hard work and achievements for the
Company.
CFO Dr. Florian Pesahl will hold sole directorship over these areas until
further notice.
Willingness to change and rapid action have become crucial factors for
business success, which is reflected in the highly satisfactory and solid
figures for Data Modul AG in fiscal year 2015. We have grown along with our
customers, suppliers, partners and employees around the world to achieve
outstanding performance.
Data Modul management, the Sales and Marketing Team, our production
facility in Weikersheim and our subsidiaries will continue offering the
same service we have been known for.
