Old gig: I joined B&G in 1983 as the assistant vice president, finance.

Family tree: Married to June Cantwell. Two daughters, Jennifer and Kristen. Parents are Robert Cantwell Sr., former New York City police detective, and Doris Cantwell.

What you wanted to be when you were 6: Throughout my childhood I was always playing baseball. My goal was to become a Yankee.
Historical figure you’d like to meet: I would like to meet Winston Churchill, whose will and leadership helped change the course of World War II.
Dream vacation: Four weeks on the islands of Kauai and Maui, Hawaii.
Your passion: Raising my family and watching my girls become successful young women.
