Omega Healthcare Investors Q3 FFO Rises

Omega Healthcare Investors Inc. (OHI) Monday reported third-quarter funds from operations of $93.9 million or $0.73 per share, up from $70.3 million or $0.59 per share last year.

Adjusted FFO was $94.0 million or $0.73 per share, up from $74.2 million or $0.63 per share last year.

Operating revenues for the quarter grew to $130.7 million from $103.3 million last year. Rental income for the quarter rose to $97.5 million from $93.8 million last year.

Analysts polled by Thomson-Reuters expected FFO of $0.71 per share on revenues of $98.2 million for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude one-time items.
