magicJack VocalTec Ltd. (CALL) reported third quarter non-GAAP EPS of $0.18 after the close Monday, down from $0.72 in the prior year period. The consensus estimate was for EPS of $0.13. Total net revenues were $25.8 million, which fell short of the consensus estimate of $27.48 million.

magicJack VocalTec gapped open lower Tuesday and steadily declined throughout the first half of the morning. Shares finished with a loss of 1.97 at $8.52 on above average volume. The stock closed testing the lows of the year, trading at a 1-month low.
