Hutchinson Technology Inc. has been ordered to pay $95,000 in forfeitures and court costs for violations of its air pollution control permit and air pollution laws in Eau Claire, Wisconsin Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen said Tuesday.
The forfeitures and court costs come from an Eau Claire County Circuit Court judgment, according to Van Hollen, and stem from six days of air pollution violations in 2011 and 2012.
The computer components manufacturer is based in Hutchinson, Minn.
