Raymond James downgraded its rating on shares of United Continental Holdings (UAL) Monday morning to "Outperform" from "Buy."

United Continental Holdings gapped open slightly lower this morning and has continued to decline. Shares are now down 2.40 at $51.69. The stock is testing the lower end of a 2 1/2 week range.
