Neenah and Oshkosh are among the top 10 cities in the U.S. for jobs in the hospitality industry, according to Talent Tribune, a data-driven human resources blog.

Using the most recent U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics data, Talent Tribune listed the cities with the highest percent growth in leisure and hospitality jobs from August 2013 to August 2014.

The industry, which is made up of the arts, entertainment and recreation sector on one side and the accommodation and food services sector on the other, added 1.67 million seasonally-adjusted jobs from February 2010 to May 2014 and will see a spike toward the end of the year.

Wisconsin added 1,090 leisure and hospitality jobs in the last year, and 8 percent of that growth was directly attributable to the Neenah-Oshkosh area. The region increased jobs in the industry by 12.2 percent. Its tourism industry centers on recreational fishing and boating, and it is the site of many fishing tournaments.
