Cleveland could use money it pays Xerox for red-light cameras to hire more police officers: Letter to the Editor

Cleveland needs jobs and earned money to stay in the community. Xerox is in Connecticut. The millions it takes from Northeast Ohio for operating Cleveland's red-light cameras goes to New England.
