Little Rock, Ark.-based Windstream (Nasdaq: WIN) announced Thursday it will cut 350 positions companywide by Dec. 1.
According to Arkansas Business, the telecommunications firm commented the cuts would improve the company’s cost structure and operating efficiencies.
"About 120 of the affected positions are being eliminated through a voluntary buyout initiative," the company said.
The company employs 13,000 nationwide.
