China Green Agriculture (CGA) reported fourth quarter EPS of $0.11 Friday morning, down from $0.51 in the previous year. Net sales grew 3.4 percent to $72.2 million from $69.8 million a year ago. Looking ahead, the company expects first quarter EPS to be in the range of $0.18 to $0.24 and between $0.80 and $1.08 for the full year 2015.
China Green Agriculture spiked to the upside in early trade Friday, before profit taking set in. The stock closed higher by 0.57 at $2.85 on the highest volume of the year. China Green Agriculture surged to a 4-month high and re-crossed its 200-day moving average.
