Sparks company opens new retail store

Sunrise Environmental Scientific, which will provide cleaning products and supplies. will open a retail store June 5 at 1175 Glendale Ave. in Sparks with demonstrations, food trucks and a show 'n' shine.

The store is locally owned and operated.

"Our products can't be bought at a local hardware store and are commercial grade for home or office use," said Ryan Tolotti, general manager. "Over our 40 years in business we've perfected our products so much so that thousands of businesses across the country depend on them. For instance our graffiti remover is supplied to hundreds of municipalities throughout the U.S. We manufacture our products with the toughest job in mind to make sure it is done right the first time."

Sunrise's product lines include solvent-based cleaners, automotive and fleet care, hand cleaners, water-based cleaners, lubricants, janitorial, acid cleaners, outdoor and industrial maintenance, NSF and food grade products, odor control and pretreated rags.

Local clients include the cities of Reno and Sparks, Barrick Gold Corp., Nevada Department of Transportation, Granite Construction, Truckee Meadows Water Authority, Legends at Sparks Marina, IGT and Keep Truckee Meadows Beautiful.
