Bed Bath & Beyond – 6 a.m. Black Friday
Grab your 20-percent off coupon and then meet the family for breakfast, because Bed Bath & Beyond is honoring your discount all day on Black Friday (though the coupon will only be given out until noon).
Best Buy – 5 p.m. Thanksgiving & 8 a.m. Black Friday
While these ladies will surely get that TV deal before you, tickets for doorbusters will be distributed by Best Buy employees beginning two hours before their 5:00 p.m. opening, and again one hour before their Black Friday opening.
Cabela’s – 5 a.m. Black Friday
Outdoorsy giveaways abound for the first shoppers through the thresholds of Cabela’s stores, with deals good through 10 a.m. on Black Friday.
Dick’s Sporting Goods – 5 p.m. Thanksgiving
Get ready to shop ’til you drop: Dick’s Sporting Goods is open all night long with plans to close its doors at 10 p.m. on Black Friday. Qualifying purchases on both days will earn a $20 credit toward future purchases of $100 or more.
JoAnn Fabrics – 6 a.m. Black Friday
You can shop JoAnn’s Black Friday sale two days early, with doors opening at 6 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 26, and reopening at the same time on Black Friday.
JCPenney – 5 p.m. Thanksgiving
The beloved snowglobe tradition will continue this year, though specific details are sparse. Customers will receive a coupon for $10 off $10, with one out of every 100 coupons featuring $100 off $100, while supplies last. JCPenney will be open all night and shoppers can earn $20 Bonus Cash on in-store purchases of $75 or more between 6 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Black Friday.
Kmart – 6 a.m. Thanksgiving
Kmart takes the cake for the earliest Thanksgiving opening and the longest hours: the discount superstore will be open continuously for 42 hours. Three rounds of doorbuster deals will be offered: 6 a.m. and 7 p.m. on Thanksgiving, and 6 a.m. on Black Friday.
Kohl’s – 6 p.m. Thanksgiving
Find deals on everything from apparel to jewelry to home goods during Kohl’s Black Fri — er, Thanksgiving Day sale. Look for additional discounts on top of big sales, plus pay special attention to products featuring mail-in rebates.
Macy’s – 6 p.m. Thanksgiving
Macy’s made a splash when it announced it’s earliest-ever Thanksgiving opening time, offering customers more than just a fantastic parade in downtown NYC.
Old Navy – 4 p.m. Thanksgiving
Old Navy is opening doors in the late afternoon on Thanksgiving, with store hours varying by location. The first 100 customers to each store will be entered to win $1 million, which represents better odds than last year’s sweepstakes.
RadioShack – 8 a.m. & 5 p.m. Thanksgiving
After some pushback from employees, RadioShack will close for several hours on Thanksgiving and reopen in time to walk off turkey dinner. The first 50 customers to each store will receive a free pair of touchscreen gloves.
Sports Authority – 6 p.m. Thanksgiving & 6 a.m. Black Friday
Fittingly, the first 50 people in line on Thursday are eligible to receive a free Sports Authority logo chair. The first 80 customers through the doors can also win up to $500 in Bonus Bucks, which can be spent on anything in the store during Black Friday.
Target – 6 p.m. Thanksgiving
No need to blindly search the aisles for Target doorbusters and Black Fri — we mean, Thanksgiving deals. Their mobile app features in-store product search and inventory maps to guide you directly to the items you seek.
Toys ‘R Us – 5 p.m. Thanksgiving & 7 a.m. Black Friday
Shoppers have two opportunities to take advantage of doorbusters: between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. on Thanksgiving, and again starting at 7 a.m. on Black Friday. Don’t forget junior’s list of must-haves and a healthy dose of patience.
Walmart – 6 p.m. Thanksgiving
If you wait patiently for a doorbuster but find it’s out of inventory, Walmart will offer a one-hour in-stock guarantee to lessen the blow. This means you can buy the product at the promotional price once it’s back in stock, or opt to have the item delivered to your nearby store (don’t worry, Walmart promises it will get there before Christmas).
