ServiceNow Inc. (NOW) Is Sinking After Q1 Report

ServiceNow Inc. (NOW) reported first quarter adjusted EPS of $0.01 per share after the close Thursday, compared to the loss of $0.08 per share in the prior year. The consensus estimate was for break-even results.

Looking forward, the company forecasts revenue of $237 million to $242 million for the second quarter and $970 million to $1 billion for the full year 2015. Previously, the company forecast full year 2015 revenue to be $960 million to $1 billion. Analysts expect revenue of $241.96 million for the second quarter and $990.25 million for the full year 2015.

ServiceNow gapped open sharply lower Friday morning and is now down 9.50 at $73.34 on above average volume. The stock has dropped to over a 1-month low.
