BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WECT) - Detectives with the Brunswick County Sheriff's Office are asking for the community's help in finding the persons responsible for several home break-ins that occurred over the past one to two weeks.

According to officials, the break-ins happened in the Winnabow and Bolivia areas of Brunswick County. Most were reported in the areas of Malmo Loop Road, Maco Road, and Funston Road.

Detectives believe the vehicle involved in the incidents is a white Chevy Colorado or GMC Canyon with a black ladder rack and some possible damage to front end.

Witnesses described seeing three suspects in the area of the break-ins. Detectives say one of the suspects has thin braids with beads at the end of the braids.

Anyone with any information about the truck or the suspects should call Detective Scott Bright at 910-616-6240 or call 911.
