A yearslong critic of the St. Louis agribusiness company, Neil Young is naming his newest album after Monsanto.
"The Monsanto Years," a joint effort with Promise of the Real - a band featuring Willie Nelson's sons Lukas and Micah - is slated to release June 16, according to Rolling Stone.
The album will reportedly feature protest-minded songs such as "Monsanto Years," "Rock Starbucks," "Seeds" and "Too Big to Fail."
