EUGENE, OR - The moment you have been waiting for, the Eugene Emeralds promotional calendar has been unveiled! Here we will focus on the theme nights for the upcoming season, but do not forget to check out the www.emeraldsbaseball.com for a complete listing of all promotions, giveaways and special appearances the Emeralds are planning this summer. The Emeralds are thrilled to include the return of many fan favorite nights and hope fans will be amazed by some of the new nights this season.

Opening Day (June 23): The two sweetest words in the English dictionary: Opening Day.

Olympic Day (June 24): A celebration of the world's biggest sporting event that takes place every two years, sponsored by the United States Olympic Committee. Fans will be able to see PK Park turn into Olympic Central for one night as they take part in some Olympic trivia and show their national pride.

Country Night (June 25): Yee-haw! Calling all cowboys and cowgirls! Come out to PK Park, kick off your boots and enjoy Country Night presented by Original Roadhouse Grill. Fans can enjoy the country tunes for just $3 per ticket and fans 21 and older can enjoy ice cold 16oz PBR for just $3.

60th Anniversary Kickoff (June 26): The first Friday of the season promises to be one to remember, as we kickoff our season long 60th anniversary celebration. Sixty glorious years in Eugene have given us a wonderful opportunity to be a large part of the community, and this night will bring a lot of memories over the past 60 years. Don't forget the first 1,000fans will receive a commemorative pennant giveaway compliments of the Valley River Inn.

TMNT (June 27): Pepsi proudly presents the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Appearance - Cowabunga Dude! Be sure to wear your best TMNT outfit AND join the most spectacular turtles ever assembled at PK Park on the first Saturday of the season. Rafael, Leonardo, Michelangelo, and Donatello will all be on hand for pictures, autographs and fun!

Grandparent Day (June 28): A special day for grandparents and grandchildren to celebrate a day together and enjoy America's National Pastime. Grandparents and grandchildren will have the opportunity to play catch on the field before the game, while creating lasting memories during a fun-filled evening at PK Park! Grandparent Day is presented by Natural Dentures.

Day Baseball and Good Karma Monday benefitting Bags of Love (June 29): A Wrigley Field special! Our only day game of the season is the best way to watch the future Cubs play. A special 1:05pm first pitch gives fans the opportunity to catch some summer baseball the way it was meant to be played - under the light of glorious sunshine. The Emeralds and Northwest Community Credit are proud to announce the return of Good Karma Mondays. Each Monday, fans who purchase their tickets at the Emeralds Box Office will be able to choose what they pay per ticket, in dollar increments, and half of what they choose to pay will go directly to the selected the day's selected non-profit, Bags of Love.

Big Lebowski Night (June 30): Dude! What better way to stick it to the man than joining your fellow dudes at PK Park. Grab a White Russian at the new concourse bar to enjoy, well, you like, enjoy all of your favorite clips from The Big Lebowski during the ballgame! Know what I'm saying man.

Red, White & Bach (July 4): Freedom. Fireworks. Baseball. Now that is American celebration! This year, the Ems have partnered with the Oregon Bach Festival. OBF musicians will perform both National Anthems for the US and Canada. After the game, enjoy a special Fireworks show accompanied by a quintet of brass musicians from the Oregon Bach Festival.

Levi's 501 Sunday (July 5): Every Sunday is a fun-filled Levi's 501 Sunday. Each Sunday will feature $1 hot dogs and a special 5:01 p.m. start time.

Good Karma Monday benefitting SMART (July 6): Another chance to increase your good karma. Thanks to Northwest Community Credit Union, fans who purchase their tickets at the Emeralds Box Office on Monday will be able to choose what they pay per ticket, in dollar increments, and half of what they choose to pay will go directly to the selected the night's selected non-profit, SMART.

Embrace Bald (July 7): A one-of-a-kind night where Emeralds players, staff and fans will be encouraged to embrace a bald head to raise money and awareness for those affected by Pediatric Cancer. A truly heartwarming experience that you will not want to miss!

Sandlot Night (July 8): The kids that started it all. Come dressed as Benny The Jet, Ham, Squints, or any of your other favorite sandlot characters and join the fun of Sandlot Night. We will have a featured race between our own GM, Allan "The Jet" Benavides and Sluggo, all part of a night not to miss out!

Sluggo's B-day (July 15): An annual crowd favorite. Come out to PK Park and help us celebrate another great year for our beloved green bear, Sluggo. Sluggo will have many of his friends out at the ballpark, and he will have some prizes and surprises in store for families that attend this special celebration.

Prostate Cancer Awareness (July 16): Everyone should come early for our Prostate Cancer Awareness Specialty Blue Foam Finger Giveaway. In addition to our traditional weekly PBR $3 Thursdays, the night will be centered on raising awareness for the importance of getting screened and honor those who have and those who are currently battling Prostate Cancer.

Grateful Dead 60's Night (July 17): Our 60th anniversary celebration centers on the 1960's and the colorful counter-culture movement at the heart of Eugene's history including music from the Grateful Dead.

Teacher Appreciation Night (July 23): Help us recognize the people who mold young minds on Teacher Appreciation night. After another long school year, what better way to kick back and relax than at PK Park for another fantastic $3 Thursday presented by Pabst Blue Ribbon!?!

Bob Boone Appearance and Disco Inferno 70's Night (July 24): Our 60th anniversary celebration continues as the Emeralds highlight the 1970's and the days of Emeralds Triple-A baseball with a special appearance by former Ems player and baseball legend, BOB BOONE! A unique celebration of the Ems' history from the 1970's to the funky tunes of disco will make this a fun summer night. Girl Scouts will stay late for our annual Girl Scout Camp Night on the field!

Star Wars Night (July 25): A definite fan favorite, Star Wars Night returns with all of your favorite Star Wars characters, including Darth Vader Boba Fett and Chewy. Fans will be treated with Star Wars themed video clips and scorecards. Star Wars Night is presented by Pepsi!

Kilcullen Night: A Tribute to Police and Military (July 26): A very special Sunday evening as the Ems will host a Kilcullen Night: A Tribute to Police and Military, presented by Original Roadhouse Grill. Fans will be treated to a pre-game parade in honor of Chris Kilcullen, a local police officer who was lost too soon while on duty. The Ems will also be wearing special jerseys to honor Officer Kilcullen, presented by Kendall. Jerseys will auctioned off during the game via a silent auction. All monies from the jersey auction will benefit the Chris Kilcullen Foundation. Definitely, this is a game you will not want to miss.

Dog Day and Good Karma Monday benefitting Greenhill Humane Society (June 27): Man's best friend's favorite game of the season! Bring your furry canine friend to Dog Day at PK Park enjoy a beautiful Monday evening with them in our 3rd base picnic area. If you do not have a dog, you can still boost your good karma. Thanks to Northwest Community Credit Union, fans who purchase their tickets at the Emeralds Box Office on Monday will be able to choose what they pay per ticket, in dollar increments, and half of what they choose to pay will go directly to the selected the night's selected non-profit, Greenhill Humane Society.

Craft Beer'd Night (June 28): A night dedicated to two amazing local favorites: facial hair and local brews! Best Beard of the Night will win some great prizes, so be sure to come looking your bearded best. Kids will also be able to get their hands on some temporary beards to join in on the fun.

Back to the Future (August 6): Perhaps Doc and Marty McFly will make an appearance at the ballpark as they travel in time to the year 2015 to celebrate the Cubs winning the World Series. Could this be the season the Ems win their first title since 1975? Only time will tell, but be sure to ride down in your DeLorean and come out for another spectacular $3 Thursday, as well as see various clips and themes from the memorable movie series.

I Love the 80's Night (August 7): Come on down to PK Park and celebrate a time period of Ems history that included three division titles...I love the 80's.

Superhero Night (August 8): An annual fan favorite presented by Pepsi, fans of all ages are encouraged to come dressed as their favorite superhero. A legendary assortment of heroes that will congregate at PK Park. Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman and their super friends will be on hand to save the day, as well as take pictures and sign autographs.

Princess Night (August 12): Once upon a time, the Ems hosted a Princess Night at PK Park, and there was much rejoicing, so they are doing it again this summer! Princesses from across the land will come dressed their best, and a good time is sure to be had by all. This year, fans can mingle with the Snow Queen, her sister, Cinderella and their princess friends. Come out to meet and take pictures with the popular princesses and live happily ever after.

Animal House Night (August 13): You know you want to head on down to PK Park for another PBR $3 Thursday and SHOUT along with fans for our annual Animal House Night. PK Park will transform into the Delta house, and fans will be treated to the most raucous night on the calendar!

90's Night (August 14): Bring your flashy windbreaker and boy band t-shirts to PK Park to celebrate the 1990's alongside the Ems. More anniversary celebrations will commence this night, with tributes to Mike Sweeney and the 1996 division winning team taking place. A night and celebration not to miss!

City of Springfield Night (August 15): The Eugene Emeralds will transform in the Springfield Emeralds for this night, the Ems player will be wearing specialty Springfield cartooned themed jerseys presented by Springfield Utility Board. Jerseys will be auctioned off to fans during the ballgame via a silent auction, with monies benefitting Project Share.

Garage Sale Night (August 16): Bargain hunters and shoppers rejoice! The Ems host our first ever Garage Sale Night, with plenty of Ems memorabilia from our history on sale for our fans to browse and purchase. Come catch a great deal on a special piece of unique Ems history.

Science Night (August 23): Come experience the science behind the great game of baseball, with science demonstrations taking place on the field and our video clips detailing how much science actually goes into our National Pastime.

Good Karma Monday benefitting Children's Miracle Network (August 24): The last chance of the 2015 season to ensure good karma is coming your way. Thanks to Northwest Community Credit Union, fans who purchase their tickets at the Emeralds Box Office on Monday will be able to choose what they pay per ticket, in dollar increments, and half of what they choose to pay will go directly to the selected the night's selected non-profit, Children's Miracle Network.

Trick or Treat Night (August 26): As the calendar approaches autumn, Halloween is right around the corner, but why wait for October. Come out to PK Park dressed in your favorite costume for a chance to win some prizes and candy in August! This spook-tacular night is presented by hibu.

Portlandia Night (August 27): Northwest's finest will surely want to attend, as the ballpark will be completely decked out in celebration of the weirdest city and show in the country. The Ems will also be wearing specialty, hipster approved flannel jerseys in honor of Portlandia's weirdness, with fans being given the opportunity to bid on these one-of-a-kind jerseys during our silent auction which will benefit local non-profit PRO-BONE-O. Let's keep it weird!

Visor Giveaway Night and Clark the Cub Appearance (August 28): The last Friday of the season promises to be one the biggest and best, as we celebrate the most current history of your beloved Ems. The first 1,000 fans will receive a visor compliments of Carl's Jr. Fans of all ages will have a chance to meet and mingle with, Clark the Cub! The mascot for the Chicago Cubs will be making an appearance with his distant cousin Sluggo, causing havoc on the concourse and meeting little cubs.

Mike Schmidt Bobblehead Giveaway (August 29): On the last Saturday of the 60th anniversary season, the Emeralds will celebrate Mike Schmidt, one of our most beloved players in Ems history and Major League baseball legend. Be sure to get to the ballpark early for this commemorative bobblehead, as it is sure to go quickly!

Breast Cancer Awareness (August 30): The last home game of the season is a special tribute to those who have fought and are fighting the battle against breast cancer and to raise awareness to help find a cure for this disease. Be sure to come out and support those in the local community who continue to fight this battle, and enjoy the last regular season home game of the 2015 season!

The Emeralds will begin their 60th season of baseball on June 18 with a road game against the Everett Aquasox. The home opener is Tuesday, June 23 at 7:05PM against the Boise Hawks. Season tickets, mini-plans and group tickets are available now at www.emeraldsbaseball.com, or by calling 541-342-5367. Single-game day tickets go on sale May 26.

This year the Eugene Emeralds proudly celebrate their 60th Anniversary. Since 1955, over 300 Emeralds alumni have made it to the Big Leagues. Our rich history includes players like Mike Schmidt, Bob Boone, Tom Gordon, Eric Davis and most recently 2014 AL Cy Young Award winner Corey Kluber. For the 2015 season, the Emeralds have made a major affiliation change by signing with the Chicago Cubs. Individual game tickets will go on sale in May.
