AudioCodes Q4 Profit Rises - Quick Facts

AudioCodes (AUDC), a provider of converged voice solutions that enable enterprises and service providers to transition to all-IP voice networks, said that net income was $2.8 million, or $0.07 per share, for the fourth quarter of 2013, compared to GAAP net income of $524,000, or $0.01 per share, for the fourth quarter of 2012.

Non-GAAP net income for the fourth quarter of 2013 was $1.9 million, or $0.05 per diluted share, compared to $1.1 million, or $0.03 per share, for the fourth quarter of 2012.

Revenues for the fourth quarter of 2013 were $36.3 million, up from $32.8 million for the fourth quarter of 2012.
