SolarWinds signs distribution deal with NEXTGEN

Global management software provider SolarWinds has extended its each in the Australian and New Zealand markets with a new distribution partnership with distributor NEXTGEN.

Under the deal, NEXTGEN will exclusively distribute SolarWinds products and services in Australia and New Zealand.

SolarWinds Senior Vice President & General Manager, Pacific Region, John Rizzo, said the agreement further strengthens the company’s commitment to the channel, distributor reach and market positioning in Australia and New Zealand.

Rizzo said, as well as increasing SolarWinds reach into the ANZ enterprise market, the deal expands NEXTGEN’s IT automation, management, cloud, application and database solutions, adding that NETXGEN’s strength in the data centre market and SolarWinds’ capability to monitor and manage across the entire data centre infrastructure were key factors behind the agreement.

NEXTGEN managing director John Walters said the SolarWinds range of technologies adds significantly to the company’s automation and management portfolio “while strongly complementing our business applications and database solution areas.”

NEXTGEN will support key partners with marketing, pre-sales and, skills and support services for SolarWinds products.
