INDIANAPOLIS – There is a new tool to help you fight back against scammers.
The Better Business Bureau of Central Indiana just launched Scam Tracker — a website that lets you see what scams are occurring in your neighborhood.
The idea came out of the massive Target data breach. Target joined forces with the BBB to give consumers a way to share their stories with each other.
The BBB hopes people will use the site more to prepare rather than report something after they’ve been scammed.
