On June 8 through 10, 62 region FFA officers from around the state of Minnesota gathered for the annual Providing Officers With Essential Resources (POWER) Leadership Conference in Hackensack, Minn.

Harley Braun, President of the Sleepy Eye FFA chapter, attended POWER along with her region officer teammates. Harley is serving as the Region VI FFA Reporter for 2015-16.

The POWER leadership conference helps FFA officers identify their individual strengths and how the strengths of all team members can come together to serve the members in their geographic region of the state.

The regional FFA officers will conduct classroom visits and facilitate leadership workshops throughout the year to help grow opportunities for over 10,500 Minnesota FFA members.

This conference was made possible with support from the Minnesota FFA Foundation.
