Netflix has released a first look at the all-star cast of its upcoming “Wet Hot American Summer” TV series, based on the 2001 cult movie.

Nearly all the original counselors are back for the prequel — set on the first day of camp at Camp Firewood, two months before the movie — including Elizabeth Banks, Michael Ian Black, Bradley Cooper, Janeane Garofalo, David Hyde Pierce, Joe Lo Truglio, Christopher Meloni and Paul Rudd.

Jon Hamm, John Slattery, Kristen Wiig, Chris Pine, Jason Schwartzman, Jordan Peele and Josh Charles and a host of other A-listers have also packed their tube socks and bug spray for the eight-episode series.

Writers David Wain and Michael Showalter said part of the humor would come from the fact that the actors are now all in their 40s but still playing characters in their teenagers.

“The magical thing about summer camp is that you can leave your persona from home and become the person you really want to be,” Showalter said.

The series debuts on July 31.
