Physicians Realty Trust Says Underwriters Exercise Option To Buy Shares

Physicians Realty Trust (DOC) said that the underwriters of its upsized public offering of 16.50 million common shares of beneficial interest have exercised their option to purchase an additional 2.475 million common shares of beneficial interest at the public offering price per share of $16.40.
