This year’s Fortune 500 list of top U.S. companies, released June 4, includes two companies led by Purdue University alumni.

Purdue is among a dozen U.S. universities — including Harvard, Princeton and Yale — with two or more graduates who went on to become CEOs of a top 100 company in this year’s list, according to U.S. News and World Report.

The popular drugstore Walgreens is ranked No. 35 on the list. Former CEO Greg Wasson, a 1981 pharmacy graduate, announced his resignation from the position in December due to the company’s merger with European retailer Alliance Boots, Fortune reports.

Wasson, however, was CEO during the fiscal year in which Fortune based its rankings.

John Deere, led by CEO Samuel Allen, made No. 86 on the list. Allen is a 1975 graduate in industrial management, according to bloomberg.com.

Purdue is ranked No. 18 among universities whose graduates went on to become Fortune 500 CEOs, according to bestcolleges.com.
