D.R. Horton's North Florida Division opens new models at the Lofts at Sebastian Cove

Condominium sales are strong again in Florida and D.R. Horton's North Florida Division is meeting the increased demand with new condominium communities across the First Coast. The June grand opening of its newest community, The Lofts at Sebastian Cove, features two decorated models.

"We are unveiling two new decorated models offering visitors the chance to see how innovative today's condominium homes can be," said D.R. The grand opening event is Saturday, June 27, from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. and Sunday, June 28, from noon until 6 p.m. Light refreshments will be served in the kitchens of the models and visitors will be able to tour the neighborhood to preview several Quick Move-In Homes, as well as the new models.

According to Rissman, those purchasing a new condominium can also take advantage of D.R Horton's Great American Home Sale in North Florida that ends July 5.

The sale offers condominium purchasers a stainless steel side-by-side refrigerator plus $2,000 in Summer Savings Dollars at no additional cost. The $2,000 can be used toward closing costs or interest rate reduction.
