The Mandya District Congress Committee (MDCC) on Sunday accorded a reception to some newly appointed chairpersons of various boards and corporations.
The event was held at the MDCC office on Rajendra Prasad Road.
MDCC president, M.S. Athmananada, who is also a former minister, congratulated Vasanthi Shivanna (chairperson of Karnataka State Women’s Development Corporation), Mallajamma (Chairperson, Dr. B.R.
Ambedkar Development Corporation), P.M. Somashekar (vice-president, Sports Authority of Karnataka), S. Gurucharan (President, Mysore Tools Corporation) and Kadaluru Ramakrishna (President, Mandya Milk Manufacturers’ Union Limited).
MDCC leaders were present.
