• 2414 Morgan LLC wants to use a portion of the first floor and basement of 5967 Broad St., East Liberty, as a restaurant.

• 1908 E. Carson St. LLC seeks permission for a sidewalk cafe at 1908 E. Carson St., South Side.

• Terminal Leasing Inc. wants permission to construct a four-story office building at 2575 Smallman St., Strip District.

• Saint Clair Apartments LP wants to use an existing three-story structure at 5810-12 Rippey St., East Liberty, as two residential units for 12 persons in each unit.
