The Mall at Wellington Green sold for $341.1 million to a private equity firm, who scooped it up with six other shopping centers in a $1.4 billion deal with seller Taubman Centers.
TM Wellington Green Mall LP picked up the mall and several outparcels in Wellington in a nine-figure deal with TJ Palm Beach Associates Limited Partnership, according to a deed dated Oct. 16 and recorded late Friday by Commonwealth Land Title’s Myrna H. Small of Maitland.
