Heather Rim, who leads global corporate communications for labeling giant Avery Dennison, is moving to $20B infrastructure firm AECOM in Los Angeles as chief communications officer for the Fortune 500 firm.
Paul Gennaro left the VP-corporate comms. role AECOM in January for the top communications slot at Voya financial.
Rim starts June 8 as senior VP overseeing the gamut of AECOM's comms., PR and digital efforts reporting to EVP and chief strategy officer Kevin Lynch.
She spent the past years with Avery Dennison in Glendale, Calif. Earlier, she was at Disney ABC Television Group (VP/comms.), and WellPoint Health Networks (dir./corporate, investor comms.).
AECOM, which operates in 150 countries, handling design, building, financing and operation of infrastructure assets, posted fiscal 2014 revenue of $19.5B.
