Brown-Forman appoints Gustavo Zerbini as country general manager – India

Zerbini will be based in Delhi, where he will be responsible for the development and growth of Brown-Forman’s business in India. He serves as an active member of the company’s Global Travel Retail/India/Middle East/Asia leadership team, providing leadership to the brand building strategies of the organisation and engagement in regional strategies, issues, and opportunities.

Zerbini has gained 16 years experience in marketing and commercial roles in the spirits industry including for Chivas Brothers LTD where he was international regional manager – Central and South America and has also worked in marketing, category, and brand management positions with Pernod Ricard Brazil and Seagram Brazil. He joined Brown-Forman Brazil in 2011, and has since served as commercial director of sales and marketing, playing an integral role in Brown-Forman Brazil’s start-up and restructuring.

Zerbini holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in marketing from FAAP University in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
