Tickets Available for 68th Alice in Dairyland Finals
Wisconsin Ag Connection - 04/23/2015

Wisconsin's 68th Alice in Dairyland will be selected next month in Manitowoc County. Event coordinators say tickets are now available for two events in which the public is being invited to watch the candidates compete for the job.

On May 8, a dinner and impromptu question and answer session will be held at 6 p.m. at Fox Hills Resort in Mishicot. Tickets are $18.95. The candidates will answer impromptu questions and participate in an impromptu discussion about Wisconsin agriculture.

Then on May 9, a banquet beginning with a 4:30 p.m. social hour will be at the Holiday Inn in Manitowoc. The finale program will follow at 7 p.m. at the Franciscan Center for Music Education, Silver Lake College, Manitowoc. The program includes two presentations by each finalist, as well as from a number of Wisconsin agricultural professionals. Tickets are $20 for the banquet and program; $10 for the program only.

The finale will also be webcast live on Wisconsin Ag Connection, sponsored by Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board, Landmark Services Cooperative and Foremost Farms USA.

Each year, a different Wisconsin county hosts the Alice interview activities. This year's finalists are Kristin Klossner of New Glarus, Teyanna Loether of Sauk City, Cassandra Mayer of Slinger, Stephanie Nagel of Valders and Dormie Roberts of Burlington.
