Meet the Builders for Beacon Park on May 17 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Register online at www.GreatParkNeighborhoods.com/events

Beacon Park, the second of the Great Park Neighborhoods, will be opening later this summer. Prospective homeowners are invited to an official unveiling at the “Meet the Builders” event on Sunday, May 17 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Bring the family, enjoy great refreshments and a children’s play area all while taking advantage of the first opportunity to discover and explore Beacon Park’s 15 new home collections, preliminary floor plans and renderings, as well as meet all 10 builders. To join in the fun, please register online at www.GreatParkNeighborhoods.com and select a time to attend.

Beacon Park will offer a unique mix of architectural styles and provide classic, American Heritage style homes with a colorful mix of influences from across the United States. Initial floorplans are also designed for flexibility and will accommodate families of all sizes.

Come out and spend time meeting the participating builders of Beacon Park, including D.R. Horton, K. Hovnanian Homes, Lennar, Pulte Homes, Richmond American Homes, Ryland Homes, Shea Homes, Standard Pacific Homes, Taylor Morrison and Warmington Residential.

Beacon Park will offer many new opportunities for homeowners to explore the neighborhood and connect with the adjacent Orange County Great Park. After closing escrow, new residents are welcomed with their very own special edition orange Park Cruiser by Felt Bicycles. With miles of bikeable streets and public trails, residents are a short bike ride away from enjoying the outdoors and finding their own path for adventure.

Featured at the heart of this new neighborhood is a community park, which will serve as the center of social life of its residents. Neighborhood amenities will include covered outdoor sport courts, patios, an outdoor kitchen, pools, lounge, kids play areas and a great lawn.

Beacon Park residents will also benefit from the new K-8 Beacon Park School, which will offer the high quality public education for which the Irvine Unified School District is known. Just down the street is Portola High School, which is also currently under construction.

Later phases of Great Park Neighborhoods will include mixed use retail, entertainment and office development to create nearby jobs, continuing the City of Irvine’s tradition of promoting a balance of quality jobs and housing.

FivePoint Communities Management Inc. is the development manager of Great Park Neighborhoods. This community is in the City of Irvine, which is recognized as one of America’s safest cities and home to the award-winning Irvine Unified School District.
