The company’s total revenue increased 63.5 percent to $13.4 million compared to $8.2 million in the second quarter of fiscal 2012.

The company’s full-year 2013 revenue guidance was also in the lower end of expectations.

Clearwire Corporation (CLWR) shares lost 5.58 percent in after-hours trading to reach $2.54. The company shares had surged 15.95 percent after the news reports that Softbank Corp has reached a deal to buy up to 70 percent in U.S. carrier Sprint Nextel Corporation for $20.1 billion.

Microchip Technology Inc (MCHP) shares dropped 3.94 percent to $30.93 in after-hours trading.
