The Normandy Way supermarket will be open until 7pm that night.
Hinckley Tesco , in Hawley Road, will be operating from 9am on Bank Holiday Monday.
The store is then open until 6pm for shoppers.
Asda in Barwell Lane will be opening up on Bank Holiday Monday from 10am.
The supermarket will shut at 4pm that day.
Elsewhere, Aldi in Watling Street will be open from 8am to 9pm on Bank Holiday Monday.
Lidl in Hawley Road will be open from 8am to 9pm.
Tesco Express in London Road, Hinckley, will be open from 6am to midnight.
The Co-operative Food store in Trent Road, Hinckley, will be open from 6am to 10pm.
And The Co-operative Food store in Wood Street, Earl Shliton, will be open to customers from 7am to 10pm.
