Chef Phillip Tessier and his Commis Skylar Stover of The French Laundry are the first US chefs to receive a medal at the Bocuse d’Or – the international culinary Olympiad that occurs every two years in Lyon, France.
On Saturday, February 28 from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. at Williams Sonoma, The Sonoma Store, #TeamUSA will be joined by special guests Chef Thomas Keller and designer Martin Kastner of CrucialDetail, who was responsible for the design of #TeamUSA’s winning meat platter.
