Calabar, the capital of Cross River is definitely the destination of choice at the moment with the Calabar Carnival hitting its peak. Celebrities like Funke ‘Jenifa’ Akindele, Mr. Ibu, Tonto Dikeh, Uti Nwachukwu and several others are hitting Donald Duke’s city in droves and it doesn’t look like it’s going to stop anytime soon.

Another celebrity heavy-weighter expected at the yearly festival is the Skelewu master, Davido. The artiste posted a picture of himself cruising in an executive jet looking upbeat and ready to hit the Canaan Land.

He posted the photo with the caption: “Calabar I’m on my way Turn up!”
