Amedisys Board Names Paul Kusserow President And CEO - Quick Facts

Amedisys Inc. (AMED) announced that its Board has named Paul Kusserow as President and CEO and member of the Board. Kusserow will assume the role on December 16, 2014 from President and Interim CEO, Ronald LaBorde, who will remain as Vice Chairman. LaBorde will also continue to serve as a member of the Board.

Kusserow was most recently Vice Chairman of Alignment Healthcare, Inc., an integrated clinical care company focused on providing care to the Medicare population. He also serves on the corporate boards of AxelaCare Health Solutions, Connecture, Inc., New Century Health, Inc., and Picwell Inc.
