Toronto police are offering a $50,000 reward for information leading to the arrest in a cold case murder dating over three decades.
Larry Robert, 29, was gunned down April 24, 1980, when he and two fellow Brinks guards were delivering a large sum of money to a TD Bank at Agincourt Mall. The second guard was wounded. Police said the three suspects were seen leaving the scene in a stolen vehicle, which was later recovered.
Investigators released an aged sketch of a person of interest on Friday.
The investigation involves connections to Ontario, Alberta, and Quebec, police said.
At the time of the murder, police offered a $25,000 reward.
