It is designed to accommodate a one million-pound overhead crane load. Additional features of the project include: demolition of an adjacent building and other structures on the site; relocation and installation of new and temporary rail track; relocation of existing overhead and underground utilities; construction of a new employee changing/welfare building and furnishing of a repair crane.
