COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KXRM/MEDIA GENERAL) – It’s like a scene out of “Office Space” with a little more firepower. Colorado Springs Police said a man fed up with fighting his computer for the last several months took it into a back alley and fired eight shots into it with a handgun.
The incident happened around 7 p.m. Monday in the 2200 block of West Colorado Avenue. Lucas Hinch, 37, was cited for discharging a firearm within city limits.
The Gazette in Colorado Springs reports that Hinch was pretty good about the citation and didn’t realize he was breaking a law when he shot his Dell.
The Colorado Springs Police Department posted about the shoot-up on Twitter, calling it an “execution.”
