J.D. Power Ranks S&T Bank Third in the Mid-Atlantic in its 2015 Retail Banking Customer Satisfaction Study

INDIANA, Pa. - June XX, 2015 - S&T Bank, a full-service financial institution with assets of $6.0 billion, branch locations in 16 southwestern and southcentral Pennsylvania counties, and loan production offices in northeast and central Ohio, and western New York, is pleased to announce that J.D. Power ranked S&T Bank third in overall customer satisfaction, within the Mid-Atlantic Region, according to the results of its 2015 U.S. Retail Banking Satisfaction Study. Competing among 30 banks throughout six states as well as the District of Columbia in the Mid-Atlantic Region, S&T Bank received an average index score of 810 out of a total of 1,000 points, surpassing the regional average of 785.

S&T Bank performed particularly well in several of the categories of the study, including product offerings, facility, account information, and channel activities.

The J.D. Power U.S. Retail Baking Satisfaction Study is one of the longest-running and most in-depth surveys of the retail banking industry. Annually, it evaluates the banking experiences of more than 80,000 customers. The study measures satisfaction in six factors: account information, channel activities, facility, fees, problem resolution and product offerings. In total, the survey profiles more than 120 of the national's largest banks, spanning 11 distinct geographic regions - California, Florida, Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, New England, North Central, Northwest, South Central, Southeast, Southwest and Texas.
