Merus Labs International Inc. (MSL.TO,MSLI) Tuesday said its Chief Executive Elie Farah has resigned, to pursue other opportunities. Barry Fishman, the present senior advisor to Merus, will take over as interim CEO.
Fishman has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and is the former chief executive of Teva Canada. He started his career at Eli Lilly, where he assumed several cross-functional leadership roles, including Vice President of Marketing.
